Strovn Coaching provides professional coaching and mentoring services focused on personal development, communication, emotional awareness, accountability, and structured goal progression. Coaching is educational and developmental in nature. It is not therapy, psychological treatment, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice, and no clinical diagnosis or mental health treatment is provided.

Participation in coaching does not establish a therapeutic or clinical relationship. While sessions may explore personal experiences and emotional challenges, the purpose remains forward-focused growth, practical strategy, and personal responsibility.

Clients are fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Coaching provides guidance, structure, and perspective; however, results depend on individual commitment and implementation. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Strovn Coaching does not provide crisis intervention services. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, immediate risk of harm, or severe mental health distress, you should contact emergency services or a qualified mental health professional immediately. All sessions are treated with professional discretion and respect for privacy. However, confidentiality may be limited where there is risk of serious harm to self or others, or where disclosure is required by law.

Strovn Coaching reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if coaching is deemed inappropriate for a client’s needs, if clinical-level support is required, or if behaviour becomes unsafe or abusive.

Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited. The 8-week Strovn Reset program is non-refundable once commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at discretion.
